Visiting Other Churches

As part of Vision 2020, we are seeking to gather ideas from other congregations that might be useful at Immanuel. If you have the oc-casion to visit another church while on vacation, or for a family event like a baptism or confirmation, for a wedding or funeral, or whatever the reason, be on the lookout for good ideas that could be useful at Immanuel. Bring back a bulletin. Pick up literature. Jot down ideas that you think might be useful here. We have created a simple form for visiting other churches. It is available at the back of the sanctuary. If you know you’ll be attending another church take one along. Or if you have recently visited another church, fill out a visitation form noting whatever you observed. Turn them in to Pas-tor Marla. Thanks for your help being our eyes and ears in other congregations.

Don’t forget...Recycle Aluminum beverage cans the first Sunday of each month at church. This is a fundraiser for church as well as an opportunity to help save the earth! Kids are encouraged to participate in this collection, too!
