Immanuel would like to thank Lois Johnson for her years of dedicated
service and skill as Treasurer for the Memorial and Property Committees and Building Fund. She has kept a detailed accounting of funds moving in and out of these committees. Beyond that, if a person needed to know one of these details, Lois was usually able to pull it from her memory. Thank you Lois for being such a thorough and committed Treasurer and volunteering so much of your time to this work. The Memorial Committee recognized Lois at a coffee held in her honor on April 23. (Editors Note: Here is a "did you know.." about Lois. Did you know that Lois Johnson was the first woman ever to be on our Church Council!)
GRATEFUL THANKS to the Sarah Circle members and any others who came to deep clean church on Wednesday, April 19! The Sanctuary smelled of Easter flowers and Murphys Oil soap when we got here for choir rehearsal! The wood shines under their care!
